Shipping Costs
All prices shown on this website include the legally applicable VAT where required.
Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before the order is completed.
Germany (domestic delivery):
Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the order. Typical shipping range: €4.90 – €7.90.
European Union:
Shipping costs depend on the destination country and order size. Shipping starts from approximately €6.
International (outside the EU):
Shipping costs depend on the destination country and order size. Shipping starts from approximately €8.
Final shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Tracked Shipping
All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to follow your shipment.
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise specified:
Germany: 3–5 working days
EU: 4–8 working days
International: 7–14 working days
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you order multiple items with different delivery times, they will be shipped together unless agreed otherwise. The delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
Custom Products
For goods customised according to customer requirements:
Design draft: within 14 working days after order confirmation
Final delivery: within 10 working days after approval
(For advance payment, the timeline starts after payment confirmation.)
Digital Content
Digital content (e.g. downloadable files) is not subject to shipping charges.
Delivery is made:
via email within 24 hours after contract conclusion
or via download link / customer account access

Versandkosten

Europäische Union:
Die Versandkosten hängen vom Zielland und der Bestellgröße ab. Versandkosten beginnen ab ca. 6 €.

Die endgültigen Versandkosten werden im Checkout berechnet und angezeigt.

Soweit im jeweiligen Angebot keine andere Frist angegeben ist:

Bei Waren, die nach Kundenspezifikation angefertigt werden:

Finale Lieferung: innerhalb von 10 Werktagen nach Freigabe
(Bei Vorkasse beginnt die Frist nach Zahlungseingang.)
Digitale Inhalte
Digitale Inhalte (z. B. Downloads) sind nicht versandkostenpflichtig.
Die Bereitstellung erfolgt:
per E-Mail innerhalb von 24 Stunden nach Vertragsschluss
oder über einen Download-Link bzw. im Kundenkonto
